Board & Co-Founders

During the pandemic in 2020, a small group of mission-driven Hmong women professionals from various parts of the United States came together via Zoom  to co-create the Vivncaus Mentoring Program (VMP) as a collaborative project among Hmong Women Today, Givers of Dreams Organization, and the English Enrichment Center in Luang Prabang.   

By 2023, our program had expanded to include several key initiatives: the Ambassadors Project, the Laptop Loaner Project, Self-Empowerment Curriculum, English Curriculum, Life Discussion Series, Social Networking Events, and Rising Leader Empowerment Conference.

In just four years, our efforts have made a profound impact. We have impacted over 91 rising leaders, provided over 1620 hours of mentorship and personal empowerment training, and awarded over $14,000 in scholarships.

To sustain this expansion and address the increasing need for resources, the following 9 mentors co-founded Seeds4Hope in April of 2023 as our dedicated nonprofit organization.
