SHARED DRIVES
We use "Google Drive" as our online filing cabinet to store all our files and documents. Below are our main shared drives. This is where you can find or save organizational documents, training materials, and program resources. Follow the folder organization guidelines, and ensure documents are saved in the correct location for easy access by others.
MEETING ROOMS
We use "Google Classroom" as our online office space for team and program-specific collaboration. Each committee or program has its own "room," where you can find monthly tasks, updates, and discussions. Check your room regularly for updates, share report, announcements or host meetings with those in the room (rising leaders, ambassadors, mentors, committee members). Each room comes with a Google Meet link ready for you to use. Those with "teacher" role can host and record meetings.
